Jeff Swan is an Investigator for the Southeast Region of Wisconsin. He has been with the Wisconsin State Patrol since June of 1980 working primarily as a trooper, inspector and sergeant. He is currently assigned as a compliance review investigator in the Motor Carrier Investigation Unit. Jeff has been conducting Compliance Reviews and New Entrant Safety Audits for nine years. His goal is to reduce the confusion which surrounds roadside inspections, compliance reviews and safety audits while stressing the most crucial compliance matters to motor carriers.
